We were here five years ago for our honeymoon. We chose this place for several reasons, the main being we could bring our yellow lab, Iris, with us. We had suh a nice, peaceful, relaxing time, so we chose to come back to celebrate our five year anniversary. This time we brought 2 yellow labs, Iris & Gracie. The girls have loved all the trails and the freedome to run around. We have again loved the peace and quiet the Cottage Retreat has to offer!"

The Elena
Embeded into the side of a hill — overlooking a Door-Couty farmscape — these semi-underground, earth-home energy-efficient cottages offer a unique vacation experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the Elise and Elena units offer breathaking sunsets over the 200-acre Sugar Bush farm. All-wooden interiors and cathedral ceilings help make these deluxe cottages a great place to stay for short or long-term vacations.
